There are no additional considerations, if the agency does not have properties in Resales-Online before the first import execution. Properties coming in the feed will be inserted as NEW in Resales-Online.
If the agency already has properties listed in Resales-Online before the first import execution:
Feed Properties and Resales-Online properties should be connected in this first execution ⚠️ (in order to not lose the exclusivity of the Resales-Online listings).
Properties will only try to connect in the first import execution.
In the followings executions if a property that already exists in Resales-Online comes in the feed by first time (no connection will be performed), and it will be introduced as a New Listing (could ends up as a Duplicate)
They will be connected by AgencyRef field. This agency reference should be present in Resales-Online listings.
If node <saleReferenceId> comes in the feed, it will be used as agency ref (to connect the property ).
Else we’ll take referenceId to try to connect them.
Number of properties coming in the feed should coincide (as far as possible) with the number of properties already listed in Resales-Online.
We can set Off Market all the Resales-Online listings that don’t come in the feed and therefore won’t be connected to any of the feed, to clean up listings and let the agency works with only the properties in the feed.
