Important Notes

! If the &N parameter is omitted and there are more than 10,000 properties to download, the output will be identical to using SandBox=TRUE (i.e., 200 properties will be returned and the incremental flag will remain unaffected).

! Use P_NewDevs=0 if you are importing from NEWDEVS@ feed too. See New Developments and ReSales properties at the same feed

! Changes on filter parameters will require a clean load. See Performing clean loads for more information.
