Outgoing XML feeds are a means of exporting properties in a specific format that can be shared with external systems, such as other agents’ websites or third-party applications. The XML feeds available include:

• OwnProperties: your own listings
• ReSales: all shared sale listings
• Rentals: all shared rental listings
• Portals: your own listings (with each portal having its own XML format)

XML feeds are intended to export properties:

• To send properties to agents’ websites (RESALES@ and RENTALS@ feeds)
• To send your agents’ own properties to a specific named portal. (i.e: KYERO@ feed)
• Send agents’ own properties to their websites or transfer it to a 3rd party application (Own Properties feed)

What do I need to send my properties to a portal?

You will need to have:

• A contract with the portal you wish to send properties to.
• Your own direct listings uploaded to ReSales-Online.
• A feed (url link) in a format that the portal will accept.
• Note that it is prohibited to send other agent’s listings to your property portal account.

Below you will find a list of specific portal feeds that we can provide, if your portal is not in the list, then you should request a generic ownproperties feed.

How should web developers populate websites

Steps to populate a website:

1. Create an import script that consumes our XML
2. Parse the incoming data and extract it to be stored in your database
3. Populate your website with the data stored in your database
