{"id":80,"date":"2022-10-19T13:54:36","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T13:54:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/54.216.27.35\/index.php\/docs\/draft-property-import-xml-definition-1-5\/import-report-email\/"},"modified":"2023-03-13T17:08:43","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T16:08:43","slug":"import-report-email","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/devdocs.resales-online.com\/index.php\/docs\/property-import-xml-definition-1-5\/import-report-email\/","title":{"rendered":"Import Report Email"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After every import execution, agency will receive an email with the current execution report.<\/p>\n<p>It shows:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"square\">\n<li>How many properties have been processed in this execution\n<ul class=\"disc\">\n<li>How many properties have been updated in the current execution (have changed from the previous execution).<\/li>\n<li>How many properties have been introduced as NEW, in the current execution.<\/li>\n<li>How many properties have no changes from the previous execution. (no actions will be performed)<\/li>\n<li>How many properties have been set Off Market in the current execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>How many properties were not shared due to missing information.<\/li>\n<li>How many properties were not shared in PropExtra due to missing info (If PropExtra is activated)<\/li>\n<li>List of properties with low quality pictures (number of low quality pictures per property)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Note:<\/b> Each report ONLY shows info about the current execution. If a property can\u2019t be shared (due to missing data), you will notice it in the report of that execution.<\/p>\n<p>It will say property XXX can\u2019t be shared due to (missing info).<\/p>\n<p>If that property doesn\u2019t change (in the source) in the following executions, import will treat it as No changes and it won\u2019t tell you anything about shared status.<\/p>\n<p>To see how many properties can\u2019t be shared after an importation, please check your Resales-Online main menu widget (Actions which need your company\u2019s attention).
