{"id":51,"date":"2022-09-27T12:42:08","date_gmt":"2022-09-27T12:42:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/54.216.27.35\/index.php\/docs\/draft-property-import-xml-definition-1-5\/first-step-feed-setup\/"},"modified":"2023-03-13T17:08:43","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T16:08:43","slug":"first-step-feed-setup","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/devdocs.resales-online.com\/index.php\/docs\/property-import-xml-definition-1-5\/first-step-feed-setup\/","title":{"rendered":"First Step &#8211; Setup"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.resales-online.com\/en\/articles\/4046677-can-i-import-my-properties-into-resales-online\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Can I import my properties into ReSales-Online?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be able to use recurring import, The <strong>agency should be Network account (can\u2019t be an standalone account) in <a href=\"http:\/\/resales-online.com\/\">Resales-Online.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How Recurring Importation works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/support.resales-online.com\/en\/articles\/5017551-property-imports-to-resales-online-functionality-and-rules\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Property Imports to ReSales-Online: Functionality and Rules<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As that article says, firstly the agency (network account) <strong>should request their importation* through this form:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/my.nativeforms.com\/q10avNXPmZSbl5WYzpHcl1Db\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NativeForms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this point, <strong>the agency has provided us their XML URL and some default values.<\/strong> In case any of those values don\u2019t come in the feed, default values will be taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those default values include fields as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Default Lister User\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Would be the lister user of the imported properties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This user email would receive daily importation reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commission percentages\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In case no commission coming in the feed we will take this value.
